The editor-in-chief of AlAnbaa’ Newspaper, Mr. Youssef Khaled Al-Marzouq, received, on Wednesday 30 November, the President of the International Women’s Group (IWG), Mrs. Ghada Shawky, the wife of the ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt, together with Mrs. Rima Khalidi, the group’s presidential advisor and the wife of the ambassador of the State of Palestine, to discuss a number of issues related to women’s support, in the presence of the deputy editor-in-chief and head of the Kuwait journalists association Mr. Adnan Khalifa Al Rashed.
During the meeting Mrs. Shawky presented a brief explanation of IWG’s work. Mr. Al Marzouq praised the activities carried out by the group and stressed the importance of women’s empowerment.
Mrs. Ghada Shawky presented an honorary shield to express the IWG board’s gratitude for Al Anbaa’s permanent support for the IWG and its activities.
